The spar has predrilled holes for nut plates where the holes are for the inboard tank attach. I think in the plans the drawing calls out nutplates aft with bolts fore to aft tightened from the inboard forward position.
Is that correct and I need to countersink the spar and set three nutplates there?
If so I sure wish I had set them before riveting the wing skeleton together! Same for match drilling the attachments could have been done easier earlier.
