On Page 34-5 of the plans, the builder is instructed specifically to modify two clecos bu shortening the center blade for use in installation of the baggage door hinge.
I'm struggling to understand *why*.
Can anyone explain this? There don't seem to be any clearance issues I can detect here. If it's just to be able to put a single cleco really high up where the angled bulkhead comes close to the door frame, I have short clecos that would work for that purpose better than trimming a standard length cleco.
Even if that's the reason, why modify two? Only one seems to be possibly a clearance problem, way at the top.
