Default oil filter lycoming

my lycoming 0-320 takes a Tempest AA 48110-2 can not find them anywhere.
I have Tempest AA48103-2 and AA48108-2 on hand they look identical , except for the threaded 3/4 x 20 nipple , i have the threaded nipples for the filters.
I could not find what the difference is 48103 and 48108 . does any one why they would no work .
