Tip: trimming the kit-supplied glass

Hi Folks,

After various tries at cutting the fiberglass tips for the empennage, I found that this simple setup was super easy to use.

A dremel tool taped to a 2x4 with a ceramic cutoff wheel attached worked great for all my trimming chores. I clamped it to my bench and was able to easily hold the fiberglass piece with two hands and cut along any line I made. I initially tried holding the dremel with one hand, but it wasn't stiff enough. The duct tape, tho flexible, held the tool rigidly enough without putting any undue force on the body of the dremel tool (I don't think it would appreciate any serious clamping force on its body)

A simple arrangement, but it took me a few tries to get this right.

(ps: to the noobs: Aluminum is much more enjoyable than fiberglass!)
