All,

Is there any coatings dealer selling Akzo-Nobel 463.12-8 primer & catalyst in the Portland, OR, area?

I know it's available from ACS, but I absolutely refuse to pay the idiotic hazmat charges for shipping.

I've purchased that primer from Spruce several times, and despite the hazmat warning on checkout, I've never been charged for hazmat shipping. Just standard UPS ground. I have no explanation why, that's just been my experience.

Avoid hazmat shipping charges

Have any limited quantity of hazmat stuff shipped with an ORM-D label and avoid the charges. A gallon of primer will qualify. If you don't need much I have some in Salem I can give you
