Airports/Hangars near Edwards AFB?

It's ADP time and I'm thinking about requesting Edwards for a field test job. My AFPC rep says that will make life easy on him, because no one wants Edwards.

Can anyone tell me about the local area? Are hangars available/prices?

Any other info would be greatly appreciated!
