Eis Programming

It seems that a while ago I saw a post showing where someone had the genius effort of preliminary planning the EIS programming on his website. This would give you the capability to "design" the programming of your GRT EIS before actually sitting in the cockpit and punching the buttons.

OK, I have searched for it for the last two hours with no luck on this panel planning tool. Anybody care to help?
