Need CFI checkout - Northern California

I'm New Here
As a new owner of an RV-9A, I'm looking for a CFI who can give me 5 hours dual in similar make/model for insurance purposes.

OR - a CFI with at least 25 hours in RV's to check me out in my RV.
(but first, I'd need to add you to my 'Named Pilots' list at SkySmith Ins.)

I'm presently in process of Flight Review at local flying club (KPAO) after a 15 year hiatus from flying.

I forwarded your message to Randy Thorne. He is in Ione near RIU. Randy has built and flown an RV-4. He is the one that gets credit for getting me involved with RVs. I use Randy to for my BFR all the time.

She is qualified in side-by-side RVs, both TW and A models.
You would supply the plane.
