Larson Aero on Lenhardt Airport in Hubbard Oregon (5 minutes from Vans in Aurora) is looking to rent out some hangar space.
There are many options for terms, prices start at $350 a month (6-month+ terms can receive discounted rates). Month to month, or long/short term agreements.
We would prefer to rent the space to an RV or other experimental aircraft.
Homebuilders looking for a place to build are highly encouraged to call/e-mail. A&P certified mechanic builder assistance is available, renters will get a discounted rate on fuel (Lenhardt resident rate) & items ordered from Larson Aero (Pilot shop, Aircraft Parts & Supplies).
We will provide a webcam with live feed of your aircraft to be viewed securely from any internet browser (You can monitor your aircraft from home). Some storage space will be allowed (room for a small workbench, and a 6' stack of shelves...this space can be negotiated.
The hangar will be heated, & reasonable usage of electricity provided. Services such as refueling, oil changes, etc. can be negotiated. Full service maintenance management is also available. Wi-Fi internet will be provided as well.
Full service maintenance management means that Larson Aero monitors the maintenance, makes all arrangements for repairs/condition inspections, readies the aircraft prior to each flight (1 hour notice during business hours, 2.5 hour notice after regular business hours...has the plane sitting out front ready to go with your fuel load). The customer receives one bill each month for all expenses (Fuel, MX reserve account, MX expenses, Hangar Rent, etc.) according to rates pre-negotiated. It is a truly hands off way to own an airplane. Flying club friendly.
