Oshkosh APRS help

Ok I need some APRS help while at OSH, I am going through a divorce and I haven't been able to figure out my Byonics APRS in the programing section and Byonics people have been calling me and I didn't have time to return there calls. I think at OSH I can focus a little, I don't think it is programing properly, was wondering if I could ave someone program mine for me at OSH. I will bring my lic number and everything, let me know if someone can help
