Pat built his RV7A, flew and was based out of (KHEG) Herlong Field Jacksonville, FL. Pat was a passenger in a Glasair flying from Palatka to St. Augustine FL to meet up with fellow EAA piots. The pilot and Pat were fatally injured when the Glasair went down in a remote area of NW St. Johns County on Saturday 7/11/09. FAA is still investigating the crash. Cause of the accident is still unkown at this time. Service for Pat will be at St. Joseph's Catholic Church Friday 7/17/09 @ 3pm 11757 old St. Augustine Rd., Jacksonville, FL.
