Need help getting to MCO

Hello fellow RV'rs,

For the morning of May 21st (Thursday) I am trying find a way to ISM or ORL so that I can fly out of MCO to pickup the new (to me) RV-6 just NE of DFW. Gee, almost a whole sentence with acronyms.

Willing to pay for gas and shout a few "yeehaw"s whilst enjoying the flight.

Since our runway at FD44 is shut down for complete rebuild (turf), closest usable runway is 3FL0 (Mount Royal, asphalt), 3 miles to West.

Have a great trip back and enjoy that plane. I'm sure you'll need to apply ice to your jaw upon landing after a 5 hour flight back to Florida with that RV grin!

It was good meeting you as well on the day of my first flight in that beautiful bird. The flight from T31 to PFN was 4-hours and from PFN to FD44, about 1:15. Grinning all the way and enjoying that airplane like a kid with a new toy.
