As the time draws near for my first flight, I would like to get a couple hours (at least) flying a 6A/7A. A local CFI has one that he would provide "familiarization" in, but he's also a tax guy and it's a very busy time of the year for him. Understandably so...I hate doing taxes!
I know about the few that provide training in the northwest, but I'd like to see if anyone local to Boise would be up for this. I'd be more than happy to pay for gas, expenses, lunch, whatever. Flying commercial to Oregon for a weekend & getting a rental car, hotel and paying for professional instruction is one way to do it. I think I'm partial to keeping it local, if possible. These airplanes aren't hard to fly, so I can't see it taking more than 2 or 3 hours.
Anyone interested? I think this could be fun!
