I'm going to spend the next two weeks on a software installation and training in Mexico City and another town a hundred miles north west.
I was wondering if there are things like tools or instruments/avionics that are worth buying (meaning cheaper) while the Euro vs Dollar change rate is in my favor, not to talk about avoiding shipping charges, customs taxes and VAT (as long as you stay on relatively low value items).
I have some drill bits and taps and other clamps I can't find here in France that I hope I'll be able to find in the local equivalent of Home Depot.
If any Mexican builder out there has good addresses to share, I'll take.
