Instrument Wedge

I'm trying to locate a wedge to put between a 3-1/8" round instrument and the panel to tilt the instrument left toward the pilot position. Granted, this will also move the back of the instrument to the right but there isn't anything beside it. I know I've seen these before but can't seem to find in the Spruce Catalog or other likely sources. They only have an adapter that tilts and reduces to a smaller instrument. Does anyone know where I can find one of these for the larger instruments?
