Anyone have an Airport Car around west San Antonio?

I figured that if you don't ask, you'll never know.....

Louise and I are trying to go to an event out near Medina Lake on Saturday/Sunday the 11th and 12th (Oct). We hope to fly out toe LOE for Friday, then scoot back to this on Saturday, and are wondering if anyone might have an airport car we could borrow from Boerne, Castroville - heck, anywhere on that side of San Antonio.
