PTT Switch Wire Routing

Man, I can't believe how many executive decisions I'm having to make at this point in the construction. I thought the airframe construction was a big deal, but at least there were instructions! The electrical/panel/avionics is one puzzle after another. That's enough ranting, I'll ask my dumb question for today. What is the conventional wisdom for the routing of the ptt switch wires. I know I've got to poke a hole in the stick somewhere and it looks like above the pivot bushing would make the most sense. Am I on the right track?

Steve:

That's where I put it. Put a small rubber grommet in the hole, leave a bit of a loop to relieve any strain on the wire in maximum excursion of the control column, and you are good to go.

BTW...the executive decisions continue right up to the point where you decide to put the spurs to her at the end of the runway! ;)
