IO-320 installation

Has anyone had success in installing either the IO-320 B1A or C1A in an RV-9A?? I have an opportunity on a VERY low time /almost new C1A but after talking with Ken at Vans I not too sure how much extra cost and work it will be to modify the engine. No money has traded hands yet so I am not committed to this engine. I would like to go FI so this engine looks attractive.

If the price is right, buy the engine, sell it for a profit and by an O-320.

Better yet, disassemble it and eBay all the parts. You will make more money that way.
