Panels?

Where do all you California people get your panels made? or does everyone just cut them out themselves? What would it cost to get one custom cut, powder coated and silk screened?

I had mine cut by Charlie at Pro Cutting in Las Vegas, NV. They did a wonderful job. I think the cutting cost about $120, but I did most of the CAD work.

I did my panel with a band saw for the top arc, and the long straight cuts, various drills------Unibit is really good here, hand nibbler, and cut off wheel.

Oh yes, a lot of file work.

You might want to track down John Harmon, he is close, and knows a thing or two about building these things.
