final fit of rear window on 7A tip-up - help!

I'm fitting up the rear window for good (hopefully) and have a nasty clearance issue at the F-774 rear skin and F-632A roll bar brace intersection. All spacers are in place as noted on the plans and I used the pre punched holes for alignment of the 632.

I have about 1/16" clearance under the skin to shove the rear glass into and it just ain't gonna fit without mods or a big hammer.

Anyone else dealing with this issue and have suggestions?

What is the hole and screws for on the third from the last picture on your website for? In the triangle reenforcing plate.
