Patching C/S Spinner

I over-trimmed the blade openings on the spinner, and the result is .5" openings on one side of the prop. I'm thinking it may be worth just ordering another spinner instead of trying to close up .25" of spinner and do the appropriate fill and sand.

Since this f/g part takes a little more stress than most, I was just wondering what others have done. A little glass and flox is pretty straight forward and not a big deal.

I got a new spinner, when I screwed the first one with oversize holes. I don't feel that I'm a fiberglass "pro" when it comes to high rpm & precision balance. But then........I hate fiberglass work! :)
