Hi,
I will be installing a pulse light system in my 7A and was wondering if anyone knows of a unit other than the certified version?

I have a Gall's Inc flasher.

Cost is $39.99.

You can also do a Google search on Wig Wag flashers and you will find several other types available from quite a few manufacturers. Just make sure you get a 12 V unit, assuming you have a 12 V system.

I bought the flasher unit from Midway Auto Supply for $13, plus using the cheaper switch setup, 1 switch each for land/taxi light, plus the W/W switch... grand total is around $30.

Aeroelectric (B&C) sells the flasher for $22, only one unit is required.

Another choice

Seems $13 (as posted by jbDC9) is better than B&C, who sells the same thing for $22; From what I see they are the same part and you can wire it to use just one.

Both of periheliondesign's flashers are more expensive options than an auto flasher or emergency head light flasher. Better? You be the judge. The lower cost and nlighter the better.

wig wag certified version available cheap

I have the certified model. For reasons that could never be determined, it worked for the factory, but not for me, so I un-installed it. It even has a hi-low speed setting switch. Make me an offer.
