Upgrading Engines

I'm going to put a IO360 in my RV6A It originaly had a O320 what kind of cowl work am I going to have to do or will it even fit in the origional cowl?

Hi Bryce.

Been there, done that...

You'll need a new cowl chin on the bottom (the carb hangs lower on the new engine). New baffles also.

If you are talking about a 200 hp angle valve IO-360...it wont fit in the cowl you have without a lot of modification.

If you mean a fuel injected parallel valve 180 HP...refer to what doug said.
