Trio Avionics Xmas surprise to a happy customer

I sent my Trio EZ-pilot back to the guys at Trio to have it updated to the latest firmware. Not only did they update the firmware to the latest version, they also replaced the whole face with a new one that has the slip/skid ball built in. (Mine didnt have this feature as I had got it before they came out with it). Total charge $0.00. The invoice said work was under warranty. Since its about 6 years old (first EZ-pilot installed in an RV), thats a great warranty!
