Hi,
I have our GRT Horizon I and GTX327 all talking great, FADC w/ Alt etc.
However the local NZ regs require a TSO encoder for the transponder feed, therefore I'm going to need to add one
.
Looking at the AmeriKing AK-350 it provides a parallel 'grey' feed. I'm assuming this is the 10 core original system for getting heights from encoder to transponder.
Questions (for the experienced guys that did all this before RS232 )
a) confirm it is just a set of 10 cores from AK-350 encoder to GTX?
b) The GTX327 can be set to still recieve the FADC information, but ignore the alt feed on the RS232?
c) Any source for the AK-350 install manual / pin layouts
