RV-3 Type I Wing, wing fuel tanks, jigs, plans

RV-3, SN 241, Type I Wing is going to require new fuel tanks.

Van's doesn't supply a wing fuel tank kit, and Evan Johnson would prefer not to build from scratch, as we're going to have to do.

Does anyone have plans for an early Type I wing fuel tank (original plans unavailable) or jigs that we could borrow or buy to help in constructing new fuel tanks?

Any help or suggestions much appreciated.

TYPE I wing (pre-1984 build) fuel tanks

Anybody out there have an RV-3 with a TYPE I wing, pre-1984 build, that has wing fuel tanks?

Type 1 spar with wing tanks

I built and still own RV-3 serial number 50 with wing tanks. I believe I still have my RV-3 plans, which includes the wing tank drawings.

Let me know what you need, and I'll see if I can get a copy for you.
