I went ahead and cut the flap hinge the length that it attaches to
the wing. Then I saw on the flap drawing it is supposed to be cut at 57
1/2" long. The drawing then shows the hinge extending past the wing
root end and only riveted to the flap on the very end. Does the hinge
need to extend past the root end of the wing?
