What are standard EIS ranges being used?

I have a RV7 with a 0-320 Lycoming engine. I have 4 egt/cht westach probes, westach oil pressure and oil temperature.

I'm setting up my Enigma and I was wondering what people are using for:
a)low alarm
b)low warning/high warning
c)high alarm
d)range

for the following:

1. fuel tank levels
2. fuel pressure??
3. oil pressure
4. oil temp
5. EGT
6. CHT


anything I forgot??

I'm sure this would be helpful for others as well.
