Toy?

What was the toy airplane for? To prove he made it to zero g? He looked like he was in an awefully big hurry to toss it around and then chucked it to the back of the cabin....

He used a handful of M&Ms at one point. If you get to the EAA museum in Oshkosh, there's a REALLY great exhibit there with the replica...as the film tells the story, the replica control surfaces move to explain what's going on.

I still can't figure out how the "feather" method of re-entry worked. But one of these days I will.

Must've been quite a thrill.
