Can a seven year old boy help build a plane?

RV6AMaxwellConcentration.jpg

It takes some intense concentration

So YES, a seven year old can help build a plane as long as you...

Have fun!

Clecoes are inherently interesting to a boy

RV6AMaxwellWingtipCleco2.jpg

Therefore tasks involving clecoes are good assignments

That keep a boy busy, happy, and occupied.

Oil Cooler Frustrations

There are problems with the stock oil cooler mounting setup on RV's so Noel devised a different setup to try to prevent this problem. The idea is to strengthen the mount where it ties to the head and create play where it the mount ties to the case. There will be lots of grommets involved.

Vans sends a prepunched piece for the mount, this is always appreciated!
