VAN's corrects their position
To close one issue in this thread: Van's published a correction in "The RVATOR", first issue 2006, to a previous claim that drag or run-on torque was included in their torque tables. They admit that drag IS NOT included in the torque table and recommend circular AC43.13 be followed (add drag to the table value to arrive at the final torque setting on the wrench).
