Mine did as well, yet the KAI states to machine countersink for the nutplate rivets.

Mine were also. I just used a small dimple die and dimpled the nut plates

Not sure what I'm missing here. My parts came dimpled.

Steve, you're not missing anything. I edited the reply above on post #98 once I got home and could look at the parts.
