Hmmm...something missing?

I could be wrong, but it appears there are many missing pages in the PDF at this link. It jumps from page 64 to page 149 completely leaving out the section on Experimental Light Sport, which is what we are interested in. I have a copy of 8130.2F and it is a PDF of 1511KB size.
I don't have a link to my PDF but a complete version must be available on the FAA site.
