Hey, everyone,
Just a heads up… I had Basler fill my fuel tanks today . I know we all pre-flight and visually check fuel level but if you aren’t present when they fuel, check the level as soon as possible. Otherwise your takeoff may be delayed as you run down another truck to finish the job. Also make sure the caps are on correctly… Just saying! I’m not interested in public bashing. Just be careful please.

I ran across your F-1 at the FlyLEDs booth this afternoon. The Beemans chewing gum easter egg on the tail was a nice touch.

Vans said they are custom building panels now. It was garmin stuff. New and retrofit. Sounds like some Midwest/stein competition. Maybe they said more or less but it was loud.

I can see three possibilities:

1. The H was inadvertently formulated with a lower Vne than the rest of the lettering.
2. The F-1 is so fast that it melted. (Note to Paul: next time make it out of RCC...)
3. John Stahr is keeping it until the check clears.

Brad (L) and Gary (R) made it in on Sunday. Gary’s -8 is based at my field (52F) in N.TX and has a livery that ties into his Navy background. He flew Crusaders & Phantoms for the Navy, and 737s for SWA (hired to fly the 4th jet they leased). Was one of my instrument IPs.
