Just because I'm about to go through this, I went through Table D-1 of order 8130.2L and marked what I thought were correct for our typical Van's type EAB.

If folks can confirm, and comment, maybe it will help those checking their new ops limits from version 8130.2L?

I attached a pdf of the wording from the order as an attachment as well.

Questions, my review had 1, 2, and 13

Where 1 and 2 seem like they apply to all, and it shows 191, so is there a reason those are left out?

And on 13, that's a 191 except 191 i1, so same question, is there a reason it's left out?

I did some cut and paste in the original post and I must dropped off numbers one and two accidentally.
But I am not sure what happened with number 13. It should also be included. I edited the original post so that it’s correct.

I went through this recently. Sent all my stuff to the local FSDO and waited…. After no response for two months I finally called and they said they have it, but it’s not a priority, we’ve had a lot of turnover, blah blah. And who knows if what I sent in was correct and how many times would we go back and forth??

Do yourself a favor and do what I did. Cancelled my request and called Vic Syracuse. Gave him 400 bucks and had my new op-lims the very next day. Worth every penny to make sure it’s done promptly and correctly!!
