Two nuts I'm not sure about.

One is the locknuts on control cables. They are 3/8" with star washers. Table says, 160-190 in lbs. Just want to be sure since they aren't bolt/nut.

Second. The one pictured is the fuel line from servo to spider. I had to loosen it to re-clock it. What's the torque value on the nut?
23 ft lbs?

It's not a hose end fitting. That part I can find. It's the O-ring lock nut on the fitting. Thanks
