Rules is Rules
Well, there are rules and there are rules. Some rules are made to be broken, and some are not. You get to decide. Arbitrary consequences are the results of rules. We know the rules. This particular rule has been drilled into everybody, as it is a pilots biggest gripe. So why did this rule get broken?
I am probably being redundant, Sorry.
