Looks like a pretty big event. Never flew in to a fly-in before. For those who have flown to one of these, are there opportunities to leave mid-way through the event? Looks like with the exhibitions and fly-overs happening, one might be stuck there for the day after parking.
For most of the low-key ones you can come and go all day. Last year this one had a short closure. Parking was more congested than most but not where you are trapped.
Read NOTAMs before leaving. Sometimes an uncontrolled airport will gain a temporary tower, special landing procedures, as well as temporary closures, etc.

Bring a tow bar and possibly a handheld radio. At fly ins I’ve been able to get out without trouble but you don’t want the prop turning until you get far away from the people. With the handheld you can keep a handle on the activity and plan your departure.
