BMC Group created an online resource page that includes all court documents; transcripts and audio recordings of hearings; a calendar; and a claim form.

I might be blind - where are the transcripts and audio recordings on that page? I'd expect to see them from the first hearing, but I can't find them.

The court needs to hear from both sides

The reason these hearings are so uneventful is its a one sided show. Paid in full and deposit holders are not represented. Particularity,Paid in full engine & prop creditors have known or should have known Vans has abandoned it fiduciary duty since October and have till January 15th to mount a defense. Another words. Vans has the drop on you. Define the class, organizer,hire a lawyer to represent the group, do nothing you will get nothing. You shouldn't need me to remind you to sign Nothing, without competent legal representation. By this I mean Your Lawyer not Vans Lawyer. IMHO
