I have 2 props for a 360 - 390 Lycoming engine for sale. Want to sell only one.
First is a very nice Hartzell composite 3 blade.
3C1-R430A1X/76C03-2X
74 in. dia.
Explorer composite 3-blade
(I)O-360/390 180-215hp
RV-6A, 7A, 8/8A, 14A
New still in the original Hartzell shipping box.
List for $ 26,300, plus frt..and tax. Asking $ 20,000 plus frt., ships from San Diego. Stored in a climate-controlled facility. Box from Hartzell never opened. Beautiful prop. No spinner.
Second is a Whirlwind 300-3B(6)-A-1160, ~25 Hrs., with 13 in. spinner 3 blade composite. Nice prop. $ 10,000 plus freight, located near Tampa Fl.
Comparing the 2.
Although the WW330 was not tested I've been told the performance is similar to the Hartzell Explorer. Close to weighing the same.
