Duplicate Final Payment Request

I received a request for final payment with a deadline of 8/9, I made the payment as required and have been waiting for further instructions. Just last Friday 8/23, I receive another e-mail requesting final payment for the same kit. I know they did a bunch of inventory work last week so I’m not necessarily shocked about the 2nd e-mail, but i have concern that the invoice didn’t acknowledge they already received my final payment. I’ve e-mailed and called, to confirm they have my final payment, but both have been unanswered. Has anyone been able to reach the kits team recently?

Just verify if your credit card was charged, then you'll know if they received payment or not. The rest is just paperwork.

I talked to the kits team a couple of weeks ago because they sent me an RV10 aileron trim kit with my 9A fuselage. Took a couple of calls to get through but they eventually answered and had the correct part to me in under a week. If you can't get through on the kits team extension try the operator.
