After just finishing the dreaded nightmare of bondo/fiberglass tips on the empennage, I thought I would share my discovered/foundness for 100 mile/hr tape (duct-tape...) I was pleased to find that the tape holds up to a fair amount of sanding, and when the tape is removed a very nice clean line is left. Acetone then removes any underlying tape glue....
I also came to the conclusion that I am forever grateful in my decision to build an all aluminum aircraft with minimal fiberglass labor...
