Hi Electronics Gurus,

I plugged in my Stormscope Wx-500 today and powered it up. It is connected to a serial port on my PFD. I have selected the lightning detector for the ports input and it is recognised but comes up with Fault 20. Antenna location problem. I have check the jumpers and grounded the correct jumper (3) for antenna on top, where it is now mounted.

The manual says I now need to check the settings with the MFD and change them.

When I look on the PFD or MFD, I cant see any reference to the Stormscope, no icon shows up for it and I cant find it in the different screens.

What have I done wrong please?

Did you solve the problem with WX-500 Fault20 and G3X?
Got the same problem, have no idea what to do next.
