I just discovered that CS4-4 pop rivets use a different dimple than AN426 rivets. I've almost finished my tail, and so far I used a dimple die for AN426 rivets for all the CS4-4 pop rivets I've used so far. I noticed that rivets were not quite flush like the AN426 rivets, but assumed that was just how pop rivets were.

How bad is this? Any suggestions?

Your not alone

I did the same thing on two of them on each side. They are just going to set a little high. No problem.

Angle is different on the CS4s but a lot of folks use the 100 degree dies and live with them sitting a little proud. Cleaveland and others sell a 120 degree die set for them and they will sit flush if those are used.
