Hi All,

I'm finally back to building after a 5 month hiatus (nice weather, injuries, etc.) and I have a problem that I had forgotten about. I bought a used rivet squeezer with a TATCO 3" yoke on it that has already built 1 1/2 RVs. My trouble is that it tends to smear rivets. Also, with the dimple dies installed you can see the tip doesn't line up with the hole in the female part unless I push 'in' on the shaft. It seems the bronze bushing inside the yoke is worn out, allowing the shaft to wander. So, my questions are:

Can I buy replacement bushings?

Can they be replaced by anybody with a basic press?

At ~$75 apiece, I'm not ready to just by a new yoke just yet.

Thanks!

figured it out

An update for everyone with the same problem:

I went to a local machine shop and for $20 cash (that's $10 again for you US folks) they press fit a new bushing into the yoke for me.
