I'm using the McFarlane Cowl Saver for the air seal on the baffles. One side is teflon impregnated and very slick - so slick that glues and RTV won't stick to it.

I've seen a few other folks on the forum mention using this material also. If you used Cowl Saver, what did you do to get over lapping sections to bond together?

I saw an install with that product and they didn't have any overlaps. They put the relief cuts against the baffles and had one long piece for every run. Very clean looking. There was a good two inches of overlap at the few lap joints I saw. I guessed the pressure held the overlaps tight against the cowl and kept them in place.
