Question ??? The inboard plug-in of the wiring harness on both wings - I’m not sure if the plug needs to be set a certain way (( which is top and which is a bottom )) or can that be remedied by matching up the plug and coming out of the fuselage on the side for the wing by the way it is oriented?

What’s more important is that you use the correct gender of connector on the correct wing as the fuselage-side connectors are pre installed on the wire harness. I’ve attached the older version of KAI Section 40 which clearly showed the connectors on the wings and the associated genders. In the current KAIs they only reference the part number for each wing and you have to be sure you’re using the correct one. The old visual reference was obviously harder to screw up

And if you look at the KAI for the fuselage harness installation, page attached, it too shows the connector gender and orientation.
