In the instructions it says to lay a straightedge spanwise on top of the wing extending out onto the tip and try to get things straight. Did everybody/anybody do this, and how did things fit initially. My tip is actually fitting up real well, but the straightedge indicates that the tip sweeps upward as you move aft. What have others found in this regard?

I had to split the trailing edge on one tip to get things to line up properly on my 7A "Bat Tips". Remembering back to R/C days, a little warp that far out the wing can lead to serious trim problems.
