[What-Now-Ski]

I'm about to run conduit in the wing for nav. light and things. Is it acceptable to just make the tooling hole larger? Or, do I need another hole that is lined up down the ribs. The tooling hole, if made to 3/4", should be well clear of the control rod and pitot tube. HELP!
