Help,
I am in need of new wing tip plastic lenses, the wing tips on my RV8, "not the standard Vans tips" I have no idea where they came from, but they are not the same tips as Vans supplies. The tips are more symetrical in shape, not as flat on the top as Vans. The cut out where the lens attaches is smaller than the Van's tips. If anyone has info as to who might build/sell such tips I would appreciate any info.

Van's sells a tip like you are describing. It has been standard on the RV-7. Some builders have put hem on RV-8's.
If you could post a photo, someone will be able to tell you what you have.
